We offer a range of fitness classes available for all ages and abilities.

Juggernauts Fitness classes range from all abilities to advanced.

Each class is designed for a different purpose, some classes are for those who have a certain level of fitness so the workout uses a number of complex/non complex moves working the whole body using H.I.I.T training. Whereas others are more for people that just want to keep fit so the workout will help improve your strength, stamina, agility and flexibility!

Monday:

YoungBloods: 4:15pm - 5:15pm

Monday Madness - 7:30pm - 8:30pm

 

Tuesday:

Go With The Flow - 7:00pm - 8:00pm

 

Wednesday:

Super Circuit - 7:30pm-8:30pm

 

Thursday:

Body Blast - Total Core - 7:30pm - 8:30pm

Sunday:

Strength And Conditioning - 11:00am-12:00pm

The Perfect class for all ages and abilities, Everybody is welcome.  Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. In Zumba We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. The Benefits of A total workout, combining all elements of fitness cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious amount of fun!

Disco Fit is an energetic, feel good dance fitness programme in which all ages and abilities can attend to shimmy their bodies into shape to all the eras of music from 50s to now.

This class helps build confidence, stamina, strength and focus both mentally and physically in the best way possible... BY HAVING FUN!
